2017 Film Selections
We are pleased to announce programming for our 8th annual festival, featuring over 90 dance films at multiple San Francisco venues October 19 – 22. Along with screenings, this year’s festival includes opening and closing receptions, post-screening discussions with filmmakers, live performances, an exhibition of VR 360 films, a full day of live performance captures, and an exciting collaboration with Catharine Clark Gallery featuring art/experimental dance films from September 9 through October 28.
The festival wraps on Sunday, October 22, at 6:30 p.m. with a celebration of Bay Area artists, including screenings of local shorts and the premieres of two new films from SFDFF’s annual filmmaking project the Co-Laboratory. View List of 2017 Films.
